the rooms were lovely but really lacked storage for all my ski gear, what a shock! breakfast starting at 8 was a total disaster because I missed the bus. I expected at least a little welcome treat for all this inconvenience but got nothing. almost thought about giving a good review, just coudn’t!

It would have been nice if the bar staff were more accommodating and the experience was prioritized.

Loved the fantastic location right by Lac du Montriond. The balcony offered stunning views, making evenings so relaxing. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant. highlights included a fantastic Sunday roast. The staff were especially helpful, like the lady who was passionate about mountain biking. The bar vibe was laid-back and perfect after a day of adventure. the room felt a bit smaller than expected, with limited storage for clothes. The shower had drainage issues that created a mess. Breakfast could improve. sometimes items ran out, but the staff happily refilled. A DIY toaster or egg boiler would enhance the experience. The lack of room cleaning during my 8-night stay was a downer too, just the beds being made. Still, the location and overall atmosphere made the minor inconveniences easier to overlook.
